SB2 recording fee 是在法律要求或通知需要的每份房地产文书、文件或通知上recording时，应支付 75 美元的费用，但明确免除SB2 fee的除外。
哪些情况是免除SB2 fee的呢？
1. 征收transfer Tax的不动产转让不收SB2 fee
2. Record的文件是将作为住宅的不动产转让给自住业主
3. Record的文件与不动产无关不收SB2 fee
4. SB2每笔交易的最高费用 为225 美元
除了以上免除SB2 recording fee 的情况，在不动产上每增加一笔需要record的文件就需要多交75美元，最多就225美元，最常见需要record 的文件有Grant Deeds,Quit claim Deeds, Deeds of Trust, Mechanic's Liens, Tax Liens, Reconveyances and Judgments about land
